CCA Fiesta 2013 Helper Recruitment Drive!

Greetings to all our members!

Time has flown by in the blink of an eye, and whether you’ve been having fun or slogging your way through the holidays, it is now time to celebrate the start of the new semester, and another year of fun and excitement!

As you all know, the first major event of the year for our club is none other than the CCA Fiesta 2013. During this special event, we use all kinds of ways to market our club to the freshmen, and invite new members into our family.

It has always been a great time for us to show our passion towards the Korean culture, and this year, we have prepared a series of fun activities and performances to show potential members the vast and intricate world of Korean culture – through the most enjoyable ways!

There will be attention-grabbing activities like parades, dance performances, and flash mobs, and YOU can be a part of them!

We would absolutely love it if you guys could join us in our campaign. This is open to all members of the Korean Cultural Club. Of course, CCA points and excuse letters (if needed) will be issued to all participants.

We will need helpers to man our booth, promote our club to the freshmen, and take part in the exhilarating flash mob that will occur before the performance put up by our dance members.

If you’re interested in taking part in the start of a new journey with us, click here to fill in the sign-up sheet and send your timetable to koreanculturalclub@gmail.com.

Registration will end on Monday, 8th April, 2359 hrs.

One Day Bonding Camp Helper Recruitment Drive

Hello everyone!

How are your holidays coming along? We are certainly looking forward to the start of the new semester, for the Korean Cultural Club’s annual One Day Bonding Camp is steadily approaching!

This camp has always been a highly anticipated event, when new and old members alike sign up for a day of fun and games, replete with chances to bond with other members.

Nevertheless, as with any camp or event, there are bound to be things that you might not find satisfactory, or to your liking. In the past, our club has always used various feedback channels to gather information about the response to our events.

This year, we are doing something different. Why take the passive approach when you yourself can be a part of the camp, from the very beginning of planning right till its final execution?

That’s right, we are inviting you to be a part of our planning committee!

We are currently looking for 30 helpers for the One Day Bonding Camp. These people will be a part of the camp planning team, and get the chance to infuse their ideas into the final camp! Not only that, they will also be awarded with CCA points and the opportunity to hone their leadership skills.

NOTE: The camp is not compulsory for all members, however, you are highly encouraged to sign up for it.

If you are interested in signing up, please note the following information.

Helpers have to be available on these days:

Saturday, 27th April: 1pm – 6pm (Trial Camp)
Saturday, 4th May: 8:45am – 6pm (Actual Camp)

The deadline for registration is Thursday, 4th April, 4pm.

This is only open to members of the Korean Cultural Club.

If you’re able to make it, what are you waiting for? Sign up as a helper and take charge of your own CCA experience today!
